TJ Training & Digi Education Ltd is a registered not for profit, social enterprise dedicated to Imparting Knowledge, Building Capacity & Improving Life through Education, Training & Development, Workshops, Mentoring,Media and ICT. We serve the population of Anambra and its surrounding areas (local & International locations). Working with individuals, voluntary, statutory & private sector organizations. We design, develop and facilitate programs that encourage personal development by helping people gain new skills. Improve upon existing skills or progress into further education and employment.

Our teaching and learning methods are relaxed and include Lecture, facilitation and differentiation methods. We provide a consultancy service for organizations, working with them to create workable policies and procedures that are responsive to individual and organization needs. This is achieved by the delivering of full or half day interactive training sessions that encourage active participation, at a venue of your choice. These culminate with full project reviews and evaluation. Upon successful completion participants are awarded with certification that is widely recognized by organizations including the Home Office. We work in partnership with varied individuals and organizations to make things happen and to make a difference in the community. We aim to make learning as relevant as possible, enabling participants to apply what they have learnt to their everyday work and personal life. Our teaching and learning methods are relaxed and include lecturing and facilitating. Participants are given tasks to complete individually, in small groups and also as the whole group. There are always opportunities for discussion and debate. Our training programmes can help towards the criteria set out to meet organizational requirements for continuing professional development (CPD) in the area of equal opportunities and personal development. ABOUT NGOZI ASIKA (NEE ARIMAH)

Ngozi has an Education, Training and Development background with more than 10 years of teaching experience complemented by over 5 years of experience in the voluntary and community sectors both as a volunteer and employee. Ngozi Asika is a prominent figure known for her contributions in various fields, including technology, business, and philanthropy, particularly in Nigeria. While specific details about her life may vary, she is often recognized for her commitment to empowering women and youth through education, mental health and technology initiatives. She has founded several ventures that focus on innovation and social impact. She has been involved in initiatives that support the growth of startups and encourage young people to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
